Q-SEE Camera Products Defective products no tech support available Internet
Q-see video security products , especially the qt504-5 is the biggest piece of garbage on the market. They actually advertise it as one of their better unit. Unit was defective right out of the box, no video then some video completely distorted. Moving the BNC cables made it worse. seems they have cheaply made video boards (china) naturally and dont care . Tech support is not open after 5pm or on weekends so you are stuck unless you take off a day from work to do the install during THEIR business hours. How convenient , for them... and they expect me to pay return shipping for the RMA on something thats a day old. WOW Thank goodness Costco takes it all back at the local store.
Stay away from q-see camera systems unless you want to waste your time and money.
