Q-See Security System, Q-See is a RIPOFF Cannot get Support!!! Tyler, Texas
I bought a Q-See Security System becasue they claim to have the best Support in the US; however, on easrly Saturday A,m. i was Robbed at Gunpoint....My cameras were rolling but in less than 24-hours will delete and reset for month. I dont know how to change this and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Q-see.
Its Monday now and from 1:00 pm-7:03 pm CT They have had me on hold...I have e-mailed Managers, Called back after being disconnected, and Still No Help! This company has the Worse Customer Service in History. I will be filing charges on Q-see for interference in a crime. The fact they cannot help me when I trusted them for help is horrible. Never, Never, Never but Q-See Products. If you do and have an emergency you will be sorry!
