Ordered a free credit report for 30 days and to cancel after 30 days. Tried to phone and cancel but there answering service never works. Tried to e-mail and never responded to.
We were billed for 79.95 on our credit card, after we got a letter saying our TRIAL MEMBERSHIP WAS ACTIVITATED. We did not authorize activitation. Again we are unable to contact them by phone or e-mail.
We have since sent them a letter to cancel this and a letter to our credit card provider not to accept any more charges from this company.
