Update: The file that Qamar Zaman sent to his friend in Grand Cayman has now been explored by two reputable web design companies and the code is corrupt. Therefore, as you can read from the initial arguments of this report that Qamar Zaman is a fraud, and his companies are all rip offs. Do not trust him with your website. Almost everyone who is doing business currently with him in Grand Cayman is moving their business to another source. That is the best thing they could do because he is a corrupt business person, be aware of him. This is extremely sad that he has done such an evil and vindictive act. But you live and you learn and you just stomp out people like him from ever doing business again. He is a liar, cheat and a theif. He has stolen thousands of dollars from this company and when he did give the the 'so called' source codes for the website www.properties.ky they were unusable and corrupted to the point that the designers were amazed that anyone could be practicing this kind of business in the United States of America and getting away with it. Well I can assure you he will not be practising anymore of this business in my country that I love the Cayman Islands. I will ensure that he is arrrested when he sets foot in our country because he is a corrupt person and he must now be stopped. We also found that the code for our website that we paid and own he sold to other websites namely another realtor in Grand Cayman, whose website is almost a replica to ours. This is the deception that I am speaking of, he is a liar and a cheat.
We also found that Qamar Zaman is has no money and proclaims to be this big business person. It is not even within our best interest to waste anymore of our company's money to pursue him because he is broke, which is why he takes so many people for granted. He has tried to hide his money in the Cayman Islands, and since these reports were posted his accounts have all been closed and all the money is gone. So we can't even freeze his accounts here as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN or anyone who represents him in any business venture. UPDATE: Qamar Zaman send the source codes for the website to the Cayman Islands to a person by the name of Lee Maragh whom I have now had the previlge of meeting this evening appx @ 5:30pm Cayman Time. Lee Maragh called me this morning around 10am to advise that he wanted to discuss what was happening between myself and Qamar Zaman. Immediately I stated I could not talk to him about him discontinued the call.

I few hours later just before 12Noon I received an email from Lee Maragh expressing that he Qamar Zaman had sent the source codes to him in Grand Cayman and he wanted to make arrangement with me to deliver to me. I contacted Lee Maragh and arranged to meet him at his office in the Dolphin Centre off Eastern Avenue at 4:30pm.

Around 4:00pm Lee Maragh called me back on my cell to advise that he had spoken to Qamar and he had been instructed by Qamar that I could receive the CD with the codes only after I signed a document stating that I our my Company would not pursue any further legal actions or claims against Qamar Zaman or any of his companies in exchange for the CD.

Folks the CD with the codes are mine, paid for in full. There is no doubt about it, I own them. Now tell me why is Qamar Zaman hiding behind Lee Maragh who happens to be a friend and from what I can understand Lee met Qamar when he first arrived on the island any years ago working for local security/satelite company and they have remained friends since. No problem, however the problem here is Lee Maragh is not an Attorney and is acting as a courier for Qamar Zaman. Lee Maragh has no business being in possession of my confidential company website source codes, he is aiding and abetting Qamar Zaman further with his further victimization of me as a single person and he is holding the source codes for my businesses website hostage.

I have no obligation to Lee Maragh and he me. I attend to Lee Maragh's office this afternoon with two RCIP Police Officers. Lee Maragh advised the officers when asked that he has the CD but he needs a Lawyer to be present to witness the handing over of the CD. Well Folks please read between the lines here, in the email I received from Lee Maragh there was no mention of any lawyer, and on the phone he claims that he is very good friends with one of the Diretors of Properties.ky and he would have no problem dealing with him. That Director contacted Lee Maragh to arrange to go and collect the CD from him, and he again stated he needed him to sign off on this release.

Why should I have to sign any release for a CD that I own? I am prepared to sign a receipt for the CD, but that's all because for what I know the CD could be filled with junk files or have nothing to do with my website source codes. Why does Lee Maragh have my companies confidential documents in his possession under the Cayman Islands Confidentiality Preservations Laws of 1976 (Revised) he is not the rightful owner and he has in his possession the equivalent to my personal bank accounts with all the details and balances of which he has not business with to begin with.

So you can see what I am dealing with here now. I now have instructed my local Attorney to file and emergency Injuction jointly against Lee Maragh and Qamar Zaman for the CD and to claim damages for everyday the company is loosing money. So far we have tallied it todate is US$69,000 in loss revenue and adding up everyday at a rate of US$3000 per day. I am so sorry that Qamar Zaman has now involved and innocent third party in this situation and he is now too going to pay the price as this is now a joint lawsuit.

Qamar Zaman has written another report claiming that my actions and MY company has been negligent in what we did. So let me spread some more clarity on the facts:
1. Itwebwerks: Every month this company is collecting money from a contract they initiated to provide a service to the website www.properties.ky. Through the years we requested that we have our codes and files etc. Qamar Zaman insisted that he kept a backup of the files on his webhosting site caymanwebhosting.com were he had us originally until he realized that we were growing and we were only growing as a result of the services offered on the website properties.ky. When Qamar saw that we were growing and making more money from our website which it brought in on last count just over 40% of our business he began to increase our fees for management, hosting etc. In our meetings and in his own handwriting which we have tabled from our meetings his services included for the fees he was charging us each month: full management including any upgrades such as: flash, banner manager, virtual tours, site changes & modifications/improvements, monthly hosting, and up to 10 hours per month of general maintenance. Any hours in excess of this would be billed at US$120 per hour.

This document is in his hand writing, and has been signed by him and sits on a file in our safety deposit box at the bank along with any other relevant information as we do not trust him and we will tell you why shortly. Additionally, copies of all of this has been forwarded to our attorney.

Now onto contracts: Contracts we begged for this for years and only when it was suggested to Qamar Zaman that should he kick the bucket who are we to communicate with in respect to the website as this was a growing concern with the other Directors and Owner of the Company who was well aware of the substantial amount of money that was invested in this website (properties.ky) and wanted to ensure that we would not be where we are today - in limbo - no site due to bad management on behalf of Qamar Zaman.

Further with the bluehost.com hosting, Qamar Zaman came to our offices in November 2006 and agreed that he had found the 'perfect' hosting company for us and that they could accommodate our site without any problems. I trusted that this was all true and being a novice in this area I could only trust that what Qamar Zaman was telling me was in fact the best solution and I went along with it. I pulled out the Company Credit Card when he was setting it up in my office and he then stated that it would be best that he uses his own to pay since we are paying him a combined monthly fee to provide hosting and management, so therefore I agreed and that was what was done. This seemed a better plan I pay one person for everything each month and deal directly with Qamar on hosting and not bluehost.com

However, when bluehost realized that our website which big to begin with and some 2gig that this was eating up on their bandwidth and server space they sent me emails about abuse to their site. These emails kept coming periodically from January 2007 and each time they were forwarded to Qamar and he would acknowledge receipt and he would reply that he had dealt with it and resolved the matter with bluehost. I again trusted that this was all true and went about doing my business of updating the website.

Then Tariq came on the scene before November 2006 and Qamar rented an apartment from our agency to use as an on island base for Tariq his new web guru. I received a contract from Tariq a few weeks later after a meeting with him, Qamar and Kerry Horek. (Please note we have minutes of the meeting which a copy was sent to Qamar Zaman) the handwritten copy was signed by Qamar Zaman on the day of the meeting. This meeting outlined terms of the existing service which Qamar Zaman has been providing to properties.ky since 2002 and basically it stated a new monthly rate of CI$600/US$750 per month to: provide full management including any upgrades such as: flash, site changes & modifications/improvements, monthly hosting, and up to 10 hours per month of general maintenance. Any hours in excess of this would be billed at US$120 per hour. (NOTE we had already paid in full for the virtual tour and banner manager up to this point). Kerry Horek found this to be an astronomical rate and could only devise that this came as a result of having a new employee on island with monthly rent of CI$1100/US$1309 + salary + medical & pension (which is mandatory for every employee in the Cayman Islands) that these new fees were in an effort to cover all his cost. After speaking with the other owners of properties.ky and making some phone calls to other local web management companies and have them check out the size of our website, it was ascertained that the most expensive company only charged CI$350(US$437.50) and that included up to 10 hours of work a month. We went back to Qamar and agreed to a fee of $400 per month for the services and he accepted. The contract he speaks of was in-fact forwarded to our local attorneys who found that the contract was not in compliance with the local Cayman Islands Laws and since the website in question held a registered domain in the Cayman Islands it was within our best interest to a Cayman Islands contract implemented referencing CI Laws and policies. A revision was sent to Qamar Zaman by email (which he acknowledged receiving) and a further copy was faxed to his company's fax which we have now through much investigations found that the fax number posted on the website www.itwebwerks was infact for a mortgage company across the street and they had no knowledge of him or his business and the location: 5050 Quorum Street, Suite 700, Dallas Texas.

Prior to Qamar Zaman's arrival in late 2006 he promised in several MSN's and emails that he would sign the contract when he came. The day he arrived he had every excuse in the book about signing the contract, he had too many appointments back-to-back and when he did agree ta meet us again and booked a new appt. with us he never showed. However they day he was there he took 20 mins in our office on that visit to setup the bluehost account (and both of us knew the usernames and passcodes, and at no time was he not able to access this account). He had all the time in the world to sign the contract that day when it was presented to him. He claimed he had not checked it all out but while he was on the island he was going to speak with an Attorney friend to verify that the Cayman Laws were relevant to the terms of the contract. What a load of rubbish. Cayman Laws are as they stand there was nothing in the contract that went against him except to state what services he was providing and for what fee and that he must provide the source codes for the website properties.ky to the rightful owners. He left the island without as much as a phone call to say I will sign this when I get back to Dallas and send it to you or my local attorney would handle it. A few weeks later i contacted him about the contract and he said he would sign it and fax it back...still nothing.

In April 2006 i was on the Harquail By-Pass and lo and behold in front of me on the highway I see Qamar driving in front of me, so I followed the car and he went to Marquee Plaza where i confronted him in the parking lot. I told him that I am still waiting on the bugs that was affecting the website since Dec, 2006 and he promised he would fix them that weekend when he went back to Dallas. I said to him how come you are here on the island and he stated he had to come and see a family member, I again reminded him that he had not sent the contract and it had been months and my Directors were getting frustrated with him and was considering looking at alternate service providers if he was going to continue. Then he reaches inside the car and pulls out his latest invoices and hands them to me and say well tell them to pay these and we can get the website back where it has to be. I said Qamar, for you to take this kind of action is not necessary, and asked him when have you not been paid by us? He did not comment but merely tried to brush me aside. We may have negotiated a price at times but we always paid the fees. He was quite curt in his actions and pretty much demanded he would be to our office the next day to collect the cheque. That day the cheque was prepared and it sat at our offices and Qamar never turned up to collect it. I later that same week received and email from Qamar saying he was back in Dallas and we were to send the money by wire to his bank and he provided us with the details. The wire was sent the next day. Still no mention of the contract or still no contract from Qamar signed as he had promised.

For me, Kerry Horek on behalf of www.properties.ky to make these aligations against Qamar Zaman had me praying and thinking for a long time before doing something about it. I prayed endlessly about it and then my answer was to expose him for who he really was so that no other person or entity would have to go through the mental anquish and financial losses this company endured at the mercy of Qamar Zaman and his many companies. I say if Qamar Zaman is truthful then why has he shut down the website www.itwebwerks.com if he is honest and open about being a fair businessman then why did he take this approach? Is it because he has something to hide? Or is he planning a revised site to again prey on more victims? God forbid it is any of them. We have lost much financially, and like I keep saying if Qamar wants to send the codes for the website he claims he does not own then let him send them. He has by now received 3 written letters of request 2 from www.properties.ky and 1 from our attorney in Dallas which was mailed to him in late September and I doubt the mail takes this long to travel within the same city in the United States of America. He has been given request in professional arenas he just keeps ignoring them and trying to make Kerry Horek look like the villian when infact she along with her company www.properties.ky are the victims.

He never backed up the website as he agreed to do and signed to in a written agreement. The months following this Qamar was advised that his company www.cayman123.com had too many banners on our website and he even had his company logo on our website making it appear as if he owned the site. Management requested on several occassions (we have the emails) to remove his company logo from being plastered all over our site. He claimed he was giving us so much exposure from www.cayman123.com that he wanted an exchange. Folks there's only one mention of our site on this website and it is on the homepage with a stolen picture from our website and does not even say our name or have our logo. He also placed banners for Sony's Auto and Executive Closet on our website for months and we NEVER got paid for any of the three Sony's Auto banners on our site. When we contacted Qamar he claimed he would get the money from them and pay us. Nothing was ever received, so we contacted Sony's Autos to be told that they had paid Tariq CI$30 for each banner per month and had paid for 6 months of advertising, they were on the website for 7 months when we deleted them. We finally deducted the ads cost for the Executive Closet when I threatened to call them and request payment as Qamar was making no effort to pay us and we had already been cheated out of payment for the Sony's Autos'. Then and only then did Qamar agree for us to deduct it from our fees we owed him.

When it came to trying to delete the Cayman123.com banner ads they were set up so if they were deleted then the entire banner manager system would go offline. I did and that is what happened. When I contacted Qamar to fix the problem he denied this was so. Well it was so because i had to resubmit all the banners that i had paying customers for who were affected by this. Additionally, Qamar changed the size of the banners and did not advise us and some of the clients banners were of a different size and looked terrible when we requested he fix this problem he promised and nothing was ever changed and the site went down with those errors in place.

As for Tariq, he left the company and Qamar claimed that he had stolen money from his clients who had paid him in cash. I find that hard to believe. Tariq sent me an email telling me that Qamar was not paying him, he could not feed his family on promises, he had to make money and if he stayed he would starve. Tariq also claimed that the Landlord was harrassing him for the rent. I know this to be true because the owner contacted me on several occassions to enquire if Qamar was on island or if he was coming as they had tried to reach him through emails and calls to his overseas numbers and they had not been successfull in reaching him. I being the kind person that I am tried to take up for Qamar and expressed that he has been very busy travelling for work so he might not be able to contact you. Anyway, the Landlord felt confident to tell me why they needed him and that was apparently he had owed them several months of rent and it was becoming a concern. I assured her not to worry about anything I am sure he would have a geniune explanation for the delay.
Tariq also stated to me in the same email to beware of Qamar he was not one to be trusted and he was not a genuine person. I am not one to take judgement on another human being until the force me to and even then I have to base it on what my experiences have been. Well I can tell you that some flags were raised especially when his email also stated that Qamar had shut down my website when he and I had discussions about him not doing the work i was paying him to do and it was now many weeks later and the work was still not done. He told Tariq he would show me who was in charge so he shut the site down and folks it was down for several days and what you see now when you to the site www.properties.ky is what you saw back then. He had full access to the website so I can only imagine that he was in some kind of partnership with bluehost or this Ray person at the time and he had it shut down. I know something was wrong because everytime I change anything on the site when updating it I print that change off and file it. When the site came back up it had data in it for listings that had been rented or sold and was no longer on the site and the new listings were not there. So tell me who is drinking or smoking something too much here? I can assure you it is not I!!

Please bear in mind that this website only needed the occassionaly upgrade or modification and in most instances it was bugs with a page that did not work properly which we now suspect from the correspondence we received from Tariq after he left Qamar's employment that Qamar would occassionally put bugs on your website so he would have to charge you extra hours of work to fix it when im-fact it took maybe 10 mins.

All these links that Qamar Zaman is now sending in his rebuttal why are we seeing these now that the milk is spilled. Where have you been for the months and months we have been requesting you to send us the information. YOu have ignored all our pleas. And furthermore stop having other people on island that happen to be your friends contact me about this matter. This is between you and I and our companies. If they continue I will sue them jointly along with you for harrassment. Please I am busy relauching my new website and I don't have time for your friends. Tell them to call you and encourage you to send the source codes for the website you were paid to develop and design and I will call off the IRS, The Cayman Islands Authorities and my Attorney in Dallas. You have until Oct. 15th, 2007 and this is the last extension I am awarding you. Fedex, DHL and many other courier services deliver within 24 hours I am suggeting that you use one to make the delivery. And further all these comments on this reporting website you Qamar should use to better yourself, and realize that you pushed me to do this with your actions. I am just one of many who has issues with you, some are just not as bold as I am to do something about it.

(Please note we have minutes of the meeting which a copy was sent to Qamar Zaman) the handwritten copy was signed by Qamar Zaman on the day of the meeting. This meeting outlined terms of the existing service which Qamar Zaman has been providing to properties.ky since 2002 and basically it stated a new monthly rate of CI$600/US$750 per month to: provide full management including any upgrades such as: flash, site changes & modifications/improvements, monthly hosting, and up to 10 hours per month of general maintenance. Any hours in excess of this would be billed at US$120 per hour. (NOTE we had already paid in full for the virtual tour and banner manager up to this point). Kerry Horek found this to be an astronomical rate and could only devise that this came as a result of having a new employee on island with monthly rent of CI$1100/US$1309 + salary + medical & pension (which is mandatory for every employee in the Cayman Islands) that these new fees were in an effort to cover all his cost. After speaking with the other owners of properties.ky and making some phone calls to other local web management companies and have them check out the size of our website, it was ascertained that the most the most expensive company only charged CI$350(US$437.50) and that included up to 10 hours of work a month. We went back to Qamar and agreed to a fee of $400 per month for the services and he accepted. The contract he speaks of was in-fact forwarded to our local attorneys who found that the contract was not in contravention with the local Cayman Islands Laws and since the website in question held a registered domain in the Cayman Islands it was within our best interest to a Cayman Islands contract implemented referencing CI Laws and policies. A revision was sent to Qamar Zaman by email (which he acknowledged receiving) and a further company was faxed to his company's fax which we have now through much investigations found that the fax number posted on the website www.itwebwerks was infact for a mortgage company across the street and they had no knowledge of him or his business and the location: 5050 Quroum Street, Suite 700, Dallas Texas.

Prior to Qamar Zaman's arrival in late 2006 he promised in several MSN's and emails that he would sign the contract when he came. The day he arrived he had every excuse in the book about signing the contract, he had appointments and when he booked with us he never showed. He took 20 mins in our office on that visit to setup the bluehost account (and both of us knew the usernames and passcodes, and at no time was he not able to access this account). He had all the time in the world to sign the contract that day when it was presented to him. He claimed he had not checked it all out but while he was on the island he was going to speak with an Attorney friend to verify that the Cayman Laws were relevant to the terms of the contract. What a load of rubbish. Cayman Laws are as they stand there was nothing in the contract that went against him except to state what services he was providing and for what fee and that he must provide the source codes for the website properties.ky to the rightful owners. He left the island without as much as a phone call to say I will sign this when I get back to Dallas and send it to you or my local attorney would handle it. A few weeks later i contacted him about the contract and he said he would sign it and fax it back...still nothing.

In April 2006 i was on the Harquail By-Pass and lo and behold in front of me on the highway I see Qamar driving in front of me, so I followed the car and he went to Marquee Plaza where i confronted him in the parking lot. I told him that I am still waiting on the bugs that was affecting the website since Dec, 2006 and he promised he would fix them that weekend when he went back to Dallas. I said to him how come you are here on the island and he stated he had to come and see a family member, I again reminded him that he had not sent the contract and it had been months and my Directors were getting frustrated with him and was considering looking at alternate service providers if he was going to continue. Then he reaches inside the car and pulls out his latest invoices and hands them to me and say well tell them to pay these and we can get the website back where it has to be. I said Qamar, taken this kind of action is not necessary, when have you not been paid by us. We may have negotiated a price at times but we always paid the fees. He was quite curt in his actions and pretty much demanded he would be to our office the next day to collect the cheque. That day the cheque was prepared and it sat at our offices and Qamar never turned up to collect it. I later that week saying he was back in Dallas and we were to send the money by wire to his bank and he provided us with the details. The wire was sent the next day.

For me, Kerry Horek on behalf of www.properties.ky to make these aligations against Qamar Zaman had me praying and thinking for a long time before doing something about it. I prayed endlessly about it and then my answer was to expose him for who he really was so that no other person or entity would have to go through the mental anquish and financial losses this company endured at the mercy of Qamar Zaman and his many companies. I say if Qamar Zaman is truthful then why has he shut down the website www.itwebwerks.com if he is honest and open about being a fair businessman then why did he take this approach? Is it because he has something to hide? Or is he planning a revised site to again prey on more victims? God forbid it is any of them. We have lost much financially, and like I keep saying if Qamar wants to send the codes for the website he claims he does not own then let him send them. He has by now received 3 written letters of request 2 from www.properties.ky and 1 from our attorney in Dallas which was mailed to him in late September and I doubt the mail takes this long to travel within the same city in the United States of America. He has been given request in professional arenas he just keeps ignoring them and trying to make Kerry Horek look like the villian when infact she along with her company www.properties.ky are the victims.

He never backed up the website as he agreed to do and signed to in a written agreement. The months following this Qamar was advised that his company www.cayman123.com had too many banners on our website and he even had his company logo on our website making it appear as if he owned the site. Management requested on several occassions (we have the emails) to remove his company logo from being plastered all over our site. He claimed he was giving us so much exposure from www.cayman123.com that he wanted an exchange. Folks there's only one mention of our site on this website and it is on the homepage with a stolen picture from our website and does not even say our name or have our logo. He also placed banners for Sony's Auto and Executive Closet on our website for months and we NEVER got paid for any of the three Sony's Auto banners on our site. When we contacted Qamar he claimed he would get the money from them and pay us. Nothing was ever received, so we contacted Sony's Autos to be told that they had paid Tariq CI$30 for each banner per month and had paid for 6 months of advertising, they were on the website for 7 months when we deleted them. We finally deducted the ads cost for the Executive Closet when I threatened to call them and request payment as Qamar was making no effort to pay us and we had already been cheated out of payment for the Sony's Autos'. Then and only then did Qamar agree for us to deduct it from our fees we owed him.

When it came to trying to delete the Cayman123.com banner ads they were set up so if they were deleted then the entire banner manager system would go offline. I did and that is what happened. When I contacted Qamar to fix the problem he denied this was so. Well it was so because i had to resubmit all the banners that i had paying customers for who were affected by this. Additionally, Qamar changed the size of the banners and did not advise us and some of the clients banners were of a different size and looked terrible when we requested he fix this problem he promised and nothing was ever changed and the site went down with those errors in place.

As for Tariq, he left the company and Qamar claimed that he had stolen money from his clients who had paid him in cash. I find that hard to believe. Tariq sent me an email telling me that Qamar was not paying him, he could not feed his family on promises, he had to make money and if he stayed he would starve. Tariq also claimed that the Landlord was harrassing him for the rent. I know this to be true because the owner contacted me on several occassions to enquire if Qamar was on island or if he was coming as they had tried to reach him through emails and calls to his overseas numbers and they had not been successfull in reaching him. I being the kind person that I am tried to take up for Qamar and expressed that he has been very busy travelling for work so he might not be able to contact you. Anyway, the Landlord felt confident to tell me why they needed him and that was apparently he had owed them several months of rent and it was becoming a concern. I assured her not to worry about anything I am sure he would have a geniune explanation for the delay.
Tariq also stated to me in the same email to beware of Qamar he was not one to be trusted and he was not a genuine person. I am not one to take judgement on another human being until the force me to and even then I have to base it on what my experiences have been. Well I can tell you that some flags were raised especially when his email also stated that Qamar had shut down my website when he and I had discussions about him not doing the work i was paying him to do and it was now many weeks later and the work was still not done. He told Tariq he would show me who was in charge so he shut the site down and folks it was down for several days and what you see now when you to the site www.properties.ky is what you saw back then. He had full access to the website so I can only imagine that he was in some kind of partnership with bluehost or this Ray person at the time and he had it shut down. I know something was wrong because everytime I change anything on the site when updating it I print that change off and file it. When the site came back up it had data in it for listings that had been rented or sold and was no longer on the site and the new listings were not there. So tell me who is drinking or smoking something too much here? I can assure you it is not I!!

All these links that Qamar Zaman is now sending in his rebuttal why are we seeing these now that the milk is spilled. Where have you been for the months and months we have been requesting you to send us the information. YOu have ignored all our pleas. And furthermore stop having other people on island that happen to be your friends contact me about this matter. This is between you and I and our companies. If they continue I will sue them jointly along with you for harrassment. Please I am busy relauching my new website and I don't have time for your friends. Tell them to call you and encourage you to send the source codes for the website you were paid to develop and design and I will call off the IRS, The Cayman Islands Authorities and my Attorney in Dallas. You have until Oct. 15th, 2007 and this is the last extension I am awarding you. Fedex, DHL and many other courier services deliver within 24 hours I am suggeting that you use one to make the delivery.

Please bear in mind that this website only needed the occassionaly upgrade or modification and in most instances it was bugs with a page that did not work properly which we now suspect from the correspondence we received from Tariq after he left Qamar's employment that Qamar would occassionally put bugs on your website so he would have to charge you extra hours of work to fix it when im-fact it took maybe 10 mins. Let me repeat The web site is your property and you can have it. I am not at all interested in your web site as I am neither as realtor who lives in Cayman and am NOT interested in becoming one. For me it is JUST Data.

In the past I had provided you the entire site on BLUE HOST! And you had 100% access so you had it all the time. If you were in-secured about it you should have copied the HTML / PHP files and kept in a safe place. All you have to do is ask professionally and you will GET. But the way you have articulated your email is un-professional.

Please send me a letter of request asking the same in a professional manner and not giving me threats. The money that Qamar Zaman is making from clients in the Cayman Islands is being deposited in two local banks on island. We know the banks and we have the bank account numbers so if the IRS wants to pursue this guy just contact us and we will give you all his tax evading bank account numbers. How we know this, he gave them to us to pay money into for his services. Also if there's anyone from the Cayman Islands Immigration and Trade and Business License Dept watching this report, he is trading without a license or a valid work permit which we all know is against the laws of the Cayman Islands.

Don't believe me got to gov.ky/immigration there you will find out what is legal and what is illegal. Qamar Zaman is not a citizen or have any permanent residency in this nation and he is cheating many people out of hard earned money every month with his outrageous fees and prices. He needs to be stopped and he needs to be shut down. But knowing his background he will spring back up again in another town with a new name and a new business ready to cheat his new naive clients out of money.

As i write this rebuttal he is sending me messages on the MSN hotmail. If he has the time to send me MSN messages he has the time to send the source codes for my website which he does not own. I gave him 5 years to provide them to me and he took my friendship and abused it and tried his best to pull the wool over my eyes. I also have the MSN messenger saved where he said he was going to do it and a day later he did, only because I demanded he fix the bugs in the website he had been paid to fix from June of that same year and he had been collecting at that time US$350 per month and he had up to that point fixed nothing. US$3000 per day in business since Sept. 20th, 2007 and counting, i hope he has the money to refund us for his acts of negligence.

We have never ever been unprofessional to him. We even have the emails he wrote us cursing us out when one of his wire transfers did not arrive on time and infact it was his stupid bank who returned the money to ours because he gave us the incorrect name of the account holder. So his accusations about unprofessionalism is unwarranted. I will do everything in my power to stop him from doing business in the Cayman Islands and from deceiving people in this country out of their hard earned money. I hope the IRS comes after him and I have any proof they want of what we paid him so they can do their audit and find that we are not lying about anything here.

I have nothing to loose and I have no reputation to maintain the way he does, if he wants this to end send the source codes and send them in their entirety without any bugs or any other problems with them. I don't need them anylonger as I have purchased a new site, but I own them and it is the princpal of the matter, give me what I paid you my hard earned money to develope and design for me. Thank God there are other companies you can go to on the internet who will pull the wool from your eyes and you can see what you are getting. To date we paid Qamar Zaman US$32,000 for our website. However, to recreate a new site with more bells and whistles and better functionality it is only costing us US$5000 imagine that, he has certainly gotten rich off of me due to my naivity and taken for granted friendship.

I could go on about the things he told me and why that will cost so much because of the hours involved. The new company doing my website has shown me that this is so easy an cost so much less that I almost fell off my chair when they showed me. So when I compare hosting to Qamar Zaman every month of US$100 and he was paying bluehost.com US$6.95 with his paypal I can believe that everything else he did for this company was at a rip off astronomical rate.

I have nothing more to do with this man he is very crooked and he thinks everyone was born yesterday. I hope that he gets what is coming to him and he seeks forgiveness of everyone he overcharged, cheated, or ripped off. I personally forgive him because it is the Christian thing to do, but I will never trust him and neither should anyone else.

He charges astronomical fees services that are free. Don't believe what we say. He charged Properties.ky CI$500 to register the domain name and upon checking found that the domain name is free from www.icta.ky don't believe us go to the website and you will find out for yourselves. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY BUSINESS HE CHARGES YOU 4TIMES OR MORE WHAT you should pay and gives you all kinds of promises and does nothing.

QAMAR ZAMAN set up the hosting with Bluehost.com and dumped the website properties.ky there and charged US$100 per month to host it and US$300 to do monthly maintenance. When Kerry Horek contacted Bluehost to find out what was happening with the website after receiving emails from Bluehost.com (which we have saved all of them for our court case against Qamar Zaman and his fake companies), we found out that the website was not functioning properly because it need to be on a dedicated server. Qamar Zaman is getting paid to do the monthly maintenance and arrange the hosting and support for the website. He completely abandoned it at this location and refused to deal with it when he was contacted. He came to the Cayman Islands and collected his money and did NOTHING for the money he received. He was trusted and valued as a person with ethics up to this point after much checking into the background of all what he claimed he had to do and prepare the website.

We have all our cancelled cheques and wire transfers that have been paid to Qamar Zaman and he cannot deny this.
Qamar Zaman has been sent several letters from Kerry Horek, Properties.ky and their attorneys and he has ignored all of their request. Therefore unless he wants the letters to be hand delivered to him in person then that is the last resort that this company has to take to see to it that he receives it. I got word today that Qamar Zaman is coming to the Cayman Islands shortly to collect his money from local companies who are doing business with him. Some have gotten word about what he has done to me and are seeking alternative business solutions for their web maintenance and hosting. go look at the website www.caymanweddings.com.ky this site is paying him $250 per month for WHAT? They don't have any maintenance and certainly the content for hosting is nothing.

So those of you out there who feel that we are wrong for posting this claim go check it out for yourselves. He is a DOING everything in his power to make our company look like we are the bad ones when all we want is the CODES for our website which we have paid him handsomely for. He certainly knows where to find us and where to send them as we have made mountains of requests and he keeps ignoring them. So if Qamar Zaman wants to settle this without a throw down nasty court battle which he will end up paying for also he can send the codes for the website he does not own the website and he has no right to them. Qamar Zaman took Kerry Horek's friendship and naivity and used it to his advantage when he retained the codes and kept promising to send them or deliver them on his next visit to Grand Cayman, he has since been to this country numerous times since 2002 when the initial setup fees was paid to him and subsequently the upgrades were also paid in full. He had all the opportunity over a 5 year period to give the company the codes, but he conveniently and deliberately never provided them. We will see him in a Dallas Texas court of law and let the Judge decide his fate.

This is a BOGUS compliant by Kerry Horek. Her web site www.properties.ky is down due to her own fault. Last year we transferred the site to www.bluehost.com with all the source codes, Php files, HTML codes, MySQL Data.

Only recently her site was shut down by www.bluehost.com due to reason we dont know and when we tried to tell her she refused to gives us access. Hence we cant do any further help.

She has requested source codes from us in the same fashion she is writing these complaints in a very un-professional manner. In spite of her rude remarks and slandering our company we have been kind to reply to her and email both to her and her attorneys to send us an official letter so we can release the codes as those are to be released with secured transmission. To date we have not received any correspondence.

We have no problems in giving her codes as she calls them.
