Being new to the real estate industry, I can't tell you how happy I was to have someone call me to tell me they have clients to refer to me in my neighborhood. I was assured that the leads have been qualified and are 99% good and that for just $149 I can pick 20 leads. I was excited to try the service but now know to always check this website before committing to an unsolicited sales call from an unknown company.
EVERY SINGLE LEAD IS FAKE! I receive constant emails all day, cramming my mailbox, announcing new leads when it's the same super strange looking people or photos of inannimate objects with numbers that don't jive. They make $500k a year but are looking for a house under $200k or they make $40k a year and are looking for a million dollar home. The photos are beyond strange. You have to wonder if these people even know their photos are being used on this totally bogus site.
Qazzoo is a TOTAL SCAM and I can only hope that those ripping everyone off will get their just dessert one day. I just can't believe that a scam like this hasn't already been stopped by the feds.
