Promised and no delivery. This company is a rip off. Promising leads via the internet.Leads that I contacted either never have contacted this company, or are not in need of a realtor, or are not the person displayed on the photo and never provided a photo. The majority of ads I have received were leads with applicants offering 20,000 to 25,000 down payment on a $500,000 and over property. Some even posted that they were looking for a million plus property with $20,000 cash.
Initially whenI talked to one of the representatives I was told that one of their leads recently was by passed by one realtor and the other realtor called immediately and gained a 30 million dollar sale. This was to encourage my to call asap. Which is within their right and the normal process of working with leads, only the majority were fake leads.
I requested my money back and never heard from that company again. All Realtors should be very aware of that outfit. They should not be in business.
