Complaint Review: Qchex

I received a check in the mail from a "check delivery co." called qchex. Not knowing why the check was sent to me I tried contacing qchex but was only hung up on repeatedly. So, I tried B of A, the bank the check was drawn on. They advised me the account was open, and that if I brought the check into the bank they would try and help me further. Upon taking the check into the bank, the teller took it to supposedly tell me if the account had sufficient funds. Next thing I knew the police were there accusing me of being a check counterfeiter. After 2 hours of conversation, they wrote up a report listing me as a suspected counterfeiter with the advice that I would be contacted by detectives and could still possibly face arrest in the future!! I have been a victim of identity theft in the past and don't have any idea if this episode is related to that, but destroy anything that comes to you via qchex!!!
