Check your bills every month, because this type of robery is hard to stop after the fact. BUT THIS IS HOW YOU HANDLE IT. Contact your telephone company, tell them that you did NOT authorize this service and want a credit for it. They will (should) take it off and sent an 'unable to collect' to the theives at QiTel/Integratel, at that point it is up to them to use other means (ie) a collection agency to collect......Bring em on.
