Complaint Review: Qingdao Seashine Import &Export Co.Ltd

Be aware of this so called company that sells fake hair and wigs to people on various sites across the internet. Including Alibaba,Ebay,I Offer and numerous other trading and auction sites. I was scammed by them and Paypal who helped them steal over 200.00 of my hard earned money.. I will never trust their company or Paypal again and will close my account with them for not protecting the consumer as them so falsely claim to.. They post and advertise with phony pics of hair and wigs but when you purchase it and they send it it isn't what they said or advertised nor promise..I opened a Paypal dispute  the day I received it but had to escalate the claim because the seller wouldn't respond or resolve the dispute. After only six days Paypal took it upon themselves not not refund my money after clearly the company admitted to selling wrong item. And closed my claim without resolution so I went over their head to the consumer affairs and two other government review boards that regulate them and Paypal both.. And furthermore seeking further resolve with other means to get results...
