Qitel Comm ripoff free voicemail Internet
Called to say I won free voicemail service-started billing me from a third party thru my phone company. I have tried to cancel this service. They won't credit my phone bill for services I have never used.
You are tricked into a recording by their billing dept. and then they get ugly when you try to cancel their service.
