Qitel rip-off Washington DC
We run a Boy's Home residential facility and Qitel has been billing us for Voice Mail on a restricted residence phone. The account blocks 3rd party, collect and cramming charges, they somehow are still billing us and do not answer their 1800 number. You will be in VRU hell until they will eventually hang up on you after entering the wrong account number - which you don't have. They bill through OAN but was told you have to call Qitel directly to remove the charges.
I would be very suspicious of these charges if you have them.
I called the RBOC and had them give me a credit and the issue brought up to their cramming and fraud departments.
