Qlink wireless Company is a rip off Internet
I got this government phone back in feb and have had issues since with the data and battery life. I reported the issues and nothing was done... I paid 60 for the unlimited data plan on the 8th of april and now for 4 days have had no data. Tried emailing tried calling no peraon answers. Finally today i pressed other buttons and got aomwone to be told the unlimited plan is only alloted 10 gb and i used it all and its abuse of the system. I paid for unlimited and expected to be able to.use it with no issues. I skyped and watched videos on netflix and hulu and facebook and listened to music. If i want more data he said buy it. Well i cant affored that which was why i borrowed the 60 in first place. No where does it state there is a limit on how much data you use i ask him why and he we dont post it online cause not.many people can use that much data. I feel its false advertising to say unlimited when its not.
