Qlinkwireless governmental provider for low income base families, I was told they do not have updates in their computers of when documentation of mailings are mailed it's a random process for recertification letters to customers to update household information. never received letter and service was disconnected. called customer service to get phone turn on, was told to wait 30 days and start new enrollment process not a good provider. Returned back to sxxxxxxx(((REDACTED competotirs name))) wireless wonderful experience for years.
