QPS Inc ripoff, horrible service, installation software outdated, useless, waste of time Anaheim California
QPS Sucks!
I purchased their QUE!DVD Burner. I tried to install it and found out the install Cd was outdated. I called Tech Support &
waited 37 MINUTES to have my call answered! Unacceptable!
They stated they would ship me new software. Got the new Install Cd- NO INSTRUCTIONS OR SERIAL # ! Called Tech Support again, waited OVER 30 MINUTES for a REP!!!! UNACCEPTABLE....
STILL UNABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT>>>I'm TAKING IT BACK
PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE IDIOTS-------QPS stands for Quality,Performance,Service.......hahahahahaha
I guarantee they can't even spell those words let alone provide
them to anyone....Stay away from QPS....YUCK!
