QPS Mail in Rebate Rip off Nationwide
I purchased a QPS/20x10x40 ITNL CD RW Drive at CompUSA store#1045 in Illinois on 12/21/2001 and mailed my rebate coupon with details($35.00 mail in rebate) on time. I never received my rebate check and called CompUSA only to find out that they approved it and forwarded it to QPS and was given QPS number for further information.
I called QPS Inc. and Rebate co-ordinator voice message informed that they filed bankruptcy and asking people to either fax or e-mail details of purchase to get the rebate. I tried both unsuccessfully sofar without even any communication from QPS.
