Q-See Surveillance Product was ordered over a year ago. Just hooked up the cameras. They never open a port or send the mobile app to see the camera on the phone. When I call them to open the port and send the app., they want me to pay a subscription support fees of $14.99 to speak to me 1 time about a specific issue or $29.99 for 6 months. The problem is that unless you subscribe they can't help you with a one time support. The support is in India and they spend a long time understanding what is it you want to get done.
