QSI Barns Thomas Flanigan, Barn Clicks, Metro Barns QSI Barns nothing but a rip off Dallas, Texas
In Febuary 2012, I hired Thomas and Shaune Flanigan of QSI Barns, 4144 Central Expressway, Ste. 600, Dallas, TX 75227 (469)762-0006 to build a barn for me near Athens, Texas. They never finished the barn, (although I'd left a check w/ my neighbor to pay them in full while I was out of town). They knew I was gone, so left it halfway built, while promising to return to complete it in 2 days. They never showed up then, or for the next 4 weeks...all the time promising to return. I called many times every day, and usually no one would return my calls. When they did return them, they'd promise to come on a certain day, then never show up or call me!! They did this many times while I took off work to stay at home to wait for them. Meantime, the barn, which was constructed HORRIBLY, starting literally falling apart!! All of the trim, which only had 2 or 3 screws on each piece, fell off and was ruined during some windy days. Friends looked at the whole construction, and said was the absolute sorriest structure they'd ever seen. They used the cheapest residential grade metal instead of the heavier metal in their bid. They also promised to build me a carport, which of course, they never even started. They took my money for the barn and ran!! They also left a trailer load of trash scattered everywhere, and literally hundreds of screws, nails, cigarette butts, drink cans, food, etc. I've had one flat tire now due to a screw and my show horse badly injured a tendon on one of the pieces of metal that flew off the barn. Why are these people allowed to stay in business!!!! I can't be the only one they've scammed?
