Complaint Review: qteck.com

I purchased an Oldsmobile Alero in October 1999, It had 25,000
miles on it (Still well within manufacturer warranty) But I
thought I would keep this nice little car long term. So I spent
quite a bit of time doing internet searches for auto warrantys.

I found qteck.com protection plans inc. through a yahoo search.
I thought it offered everything I wanted for somewhat less than
the other extended warrantys offered on the net.So I bought it.

I never had any problems with the Olds,But the new incentives on
new cars go me and I bought a Blazer and traded the Olds. I then
found qtecks phone number and website down when I tried to
contact them to receive a refund from them on my unused warranty.

I have tried for 4 weeks to contact these people to no avail.
Apparantly they have dissapeared with my money and I am sure a
whole lot of other peoples.T

hank goodness Oldsmobile makes a great car and I never needed any repairs.
