I had a very bad experience with "Qualified Impressions". I signed up with them since I found it to be one of the top five SEO in my online search. Expensive site evaluation for start and they give you three months to void contract. But wait a minute, it takes three months to show result to begin with! Their monthly report provides you with tons of numbers but none that a client could simply understand if SEO doing anything effective.
I started with larger Visibility Number at the beginning and it kept slipping towards the end of my 12 months contract term. Tried to find the reason and see if I should submit my contract termination notice. By the time communication and recommendations were over, I was short of one month advance notice. Here I was bond with one more year of contract on my hand. It took so many back and forth email exchange (with Michele Green, Senior Account Manager) to reduce it to six months. What a waste of money!

According to QI's "Keyword Position Report" posted for my site, below were my "Visibility Score":

Apr 16, 2012 (Compared to Mar 26, 2012): 876

Jul 28, 2013 (Compared to Jun 24, 2013): 794

Who is telling the truth? Has QI work been effective? You decide.

I was employed at QI aka Qualified Impressions at the time this individual was a customer. He did NOT start with a larger visibility number. In fact, he had almost zero rankings at the time he hired them. This client is admitting to being given three months ("90 Day Trial Period") to void his contract but simply wasn't responsible enough to cancel on time. All contractual information was provided upfront and was extremely clear. I'm left to wonder why he went out of his way to post a complaint about something that could have been avoided had he been a responsible business owner. Don't blame others for your forgetfulnes.

And to those of you that read this carefully, it was a great gesture on QI's part to offer this client any reduction in his contract after he cancelled late and was very nasty. They did him a favor if you ask me.

QI is a great company and has experience in SEO dating back to the Yahoo days. Their client list speaks for itself.
