Complaint Review: Qualified Leads

Alex Morga from Qualified Leads AZ office contacted me based on an inquiry through BuyerZone. Alex worked with me and gained my confidence in the abilities of his company to deliver leads based on a customized telemarketing campign. Website boasts large corporations they do business for.

After several phone and e-mail conversations, I signed the contract and sent in the required amount ($582) for the initial campaign. I was then handed over to Angel Jones in NM (or PA) to establish the script, and finalize the timing. Calls were set to begin on April 4th, 2005.

When I received no feedback on how the calls were progressing, I attempted to contact Angel. No Response. I then emailed Alex and Angel and was informed that Linda Martinez was my new account manager, who responded by stating that I would have a report the next day. Again no report - no response. I have attempted to reach both Linda and Alex and left messages. - no reply. I have also emailed - again - no reply.

I have requested a Director level person contact me for discussion and resolution through their web-site - no reply.

I have placed a complaint into the www.bbb.org website, that is tracking several other complaints against this company.

Buyer Beware! Do Not Do Business With Qualified Leads. HQ in LA, sales and support in other locations (AZ, NM, PA,...).
