 Vehicle was paid off only to see an extra balance of 2k was there after they confirmed a zero balance. Now im told i have a declinded payment and a huge balance. However when i try to call i get put on hold for a very long time...hours. Then when i try to login to see payment history etc. It says no account can be found. Ive requested my title Seven times via phone, email, no reply response or even a call back.
