We are looking to locate  GREGORY & SHEILA OBERHOFER who had a company out of Holmes Beach, Florida. We are asking any other contractors and sub-contractors who have money due to them by GREGORY OBERHOFER to contact :

PROBLEM: After Gregory Oberhofer contacted Precision Elevator to unstall elevators in two homes that were being erected by Quality Builder of Holmes Beach and Gregory Oberhofer the projects were completed at a cost of $44,000.oo .

It seems Gregory Oberhofer is now hiding. Precision Elevator expects to be PAID for the contact completion. We are requesting anyone assistance who knows the whereabouts of Gregory & Sheila Oberhofer or any companies they are currently running or their Business address. Any income will be appreciated.

Bruno & John Scranton, I can be reached by phone at 941-773-5634 which John Scranton has called a few times in the past. I can also be reached at the address Brunno has sent mail to in the past including cerfied mail.  As you are both aware this debt was with Quality Builders, Inc. which is no longer an active corporation and has nothing to do with Sheila or Greg on a personal level. The property that Mr. Scranton rendered his services was owned by Quality Developers, Inc. this property was foreclosed on by the lender (Whitney Bank). Had Mr Scranton filed a timely notice to owner and a vailed claim of lien the forclosing lender would have been forced to pay Mr Scranton for his services when they sold this property. Brunno my letter to you sent on May 12, 2010 which was in response to a letter I recieved from you via certified mail had all of my contact infromation listed in it. Once again I can be reached 9am to 5pm daily at 941-773-5634.
