I worked for this company for a little over 2 weeks with out a day off. I never complained about it at all because I was happy to get the hours, even though the other employees called off alot. Well I got into a conflic with my wife one night and she took our car and left. She was supposed to come back the next day, but the car ran out of gas. I had to call off that day because I had no car and they said if you don't come in your fired. So since I had no way in I got fired.

The real problem though was not them firing me, it was them deciding not to pay me. I was supposed to get my check on the 16th of novemeber 2006. I called, my supervisor (Charlie), on the 15th to ask when I could pick up my check and he said it was mailed out. I called again on 18th and he said they mailed it out on on the 17th not the 15th. I still have not recived my check and I have left many messages with the owner (Tammy) and have not gotten any responce at all from her.

My phone, rent, and credit card bills were all late. I can not pay them until I find another job, and I can't find another job until I get my check because I have no gas money to get there.
