I received a letter in the mail informing me that I have been randomly selected from a OPPURTUNITY SEEKERS DATABASE to become a representative in my region.Enclosed is a cheque,that at first appears valid,
with a Federal Credit Union,Coast Hills in Lompoc,CA.
The letter states to call Amanda Cooper at 1-888-416-9284 upon receipt
to validate funds.The cheque is in the amount of 3,875.00.
And to end the letter it is Lisa Barrett,Account Representive
I hope this info is reviewed and consumers and secret shoppers alike become aware of these schemes and report it.
