BUYER BEWARE: Horrible company. Do not use this company. Owner, George refuses to repair damage caused by his technician while exiting my attic. 
Quality Heating & Air Conditioning was sent out my home warranty company, Fidelity Home Warranty to repair my duct system yesterday. The technician showed me the areas where the duct system was leaking and sealed the repairs. Then, as I was holding the ladder while he exited the attic, I saw him knock off a piece of drywall mud at the edge of the attic opening. He apologized and said he would report it to the office. 

I took pictures of the damaged ceiling and the piece of drywall he knocked off while it was on the ladder right after he knocked it off. I called the office that day and the next day, but nobody returned my call. Finally, I called the warranty company to see if they could help me get the ceiling fixed since the Quality Heating & Air Conditioning wasn't returning my calls. Fidelity called and was able to get, George, the owner of the company to return my call. 

George proceeded to deny responsibility for his technician's damage to my home insisting that his technician said that I had caused the damage. Outrageous! Neither George doesn't care about his clients or their homes and has no integrity. Use another company....any other company as this one will damage your home, then refuse to repair the damage.
