Quality Inks Fraudulent, refuses to respond to consumer, never recieved merchandise Internet

This company is a fraud! It provides an email address, phone number, and even a live help option and yet it is impossible to talk to anyone. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, and no operators are ever online for the live help option.


It has been well over a month since ordering the merchandise and it still has not gotten here. Other customers have also complained that they never got their merchandise or recieved the wrong merchandise. This company needs to be put out of business; I can't believe it's lasted as long as it has!
