We booked rooms at this hotel we canceled within the appropriate amount of time, then manager stole the money out of our accounts even though we never stayed at this hotel and we never went to Memphis or West Arkansas at all. We contacted the local police department and our financial institutions and the manager continued to hang up in our faces, refusing to refund us our money for rooms we never stayed in. It was a total ripoff and robbery on his behalf!
