Quality Installation ripoff used our Credit card to buy cabinets for his other projects Spencerville Maryland
Greg Gerphardt the owner of Quality Installations took $14200 as a down payment for a kitchen remodeling in 4/2003. $10000 was to be used to purchase cabinets. 12/2003 we asked for proof that he ordered the cabinets!! No proof!!
He used our money for other projects. He also used our credit card without our permission to purchase materials not used in our kitchen remodeling. We asked for a refund. He returned a total of $4000. He has not return any more money. He still owes $10200!!!. He is not returning phone calls.
