Complaint Review: Quality Merchant Pty. Ltd. TjHin Franky

 1. Ongoing Legal Threats & Fraudulent Rip-off reports by Tjhin Franky of iSquare. Because Pay-Pal Refunded me the cost of the “Pallet Groove Blue” and my trying to help one John McAlister who claimed to have been cheated by TJ for five thousand dollars.

2. The time has now come for me file my 1st fresh report and obtain a new reference number to explain the reasons for the three previous complaint reference numbers 1142794 of 27/04/2014, 1362992 of 20/03/2017 and 1374266 of 09th May 2017 by recapitulating this mini saga with the owner of iSquare Australia TjHin Franky (TF).

3. It began with one John Mc Alister (JMA) of Perth complaining of being cheated by iSquare TF for $5,000.00. This being the approximate cost of the massage chairs TJ buys in China and sells. I believed it to be true based on my harrowing, frustrating and painful experiences since June 2013 with iSquare TF and hence I tried to help JMA by submitting a response to his report or complaint in Rip-off. As TF had sent me a blackmailing letter as detailed in Ref 1142794 through a lawyer for a million dollars I needed to caution others of his deceitful tactics and submitted my experiences with TJ to the following website to counter his misleading bombastic claims at powerretail.com.au/case-profiles-studies/innovation-square-interview/ . How can this be stalking?

4. TF has already demonstrated over the past nearly 4 years as to what a dishonest, filthy, ugly, immature yet such an over ambitious and money hungry greedy fool who has been successful expanding into hair & beauty products as well using his profits with some money powered corrupt business connections that he had been able to influence the VCAT-Civil as detailed in the above latter two false reports without an iota of truth as in the my rebuttals to them with the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth that is being reiterated here for greater clarity.

5. TJ under his then own terms and condition he should have taken back the “Pallet Groove Blue” that was delivered to me on 23/06/2013. It did not have the Aus. C –Tick nor fully conform to Australian standards such as my house line voltage was about 5 volts higher than the range permitted by his appliance spec. It was due to this that Pay-Pal adjudicated made the refund. 6. TJ has avoided paying my technical report and return transport costs of six hundred odd dollars through influence with the VCAT and its corrupt practices detained in the rebuttals stead above. This has emboldened him to make these fraudulent reports under false names and later being forced take ownership for it thanks to Rip-off. Will not this type of conduct one day send TJ to prison should he not reform and persist in this manner? And is TF not trying harder and harder to continue to dig his own grave deeper as time passes and getting more notoriety over the internet social media?
