I hired Quality Mobile Home Services for my mobile home remodeling based on a flyer I received at the Mobile Home park. I did not know anything about this company but assumed it lived up to its name "Quality". Raymond, the contractor, came by my house to write the contract on 3/22. We discussed everything I wanted done on my house and thought he understood and would write it down on the contract or somewhere else. However, upon reviewing the contract I noticed there were no details at all, it was a very generic contract and some of the measurements were wrong after I went out and checked them myself. I called within the the 3 days because I wanted to cancel the contract if my specifications were not included.

But to my surprise, there was no answer, and no messages taken either. I called several numbers until finally I contacted someone in the company who assured me everything will be done according to how I discussed it with the contractor even though it wasn't written in detail. Well, later on I found out that they were not going to repair the wall before painting it, or include any electrical work needed. That apparently needed a separate contract which he didn't even mention. Additionally, after signing the contract, Raymond assured me that after getting the permits the job would be completed in 2 weeks.

Well, it took more than 2 weeks just to get the permits signed due to their negligence. Then it has been over 3 months and the job is not even half done! Living in the middle of construction has really been a hazzard for me and has greatly inconvenienced me but repeated calls to the contractor get ignored and I get the same answer: it will get done soon. They broke every deadline they gave themselves and me and left me waiting for the workers for days that turned into weeks and months!!

This is very unacceptable! I live in a senior park, I'm handicapped and have been very inconvenienced due to their extreme negligence and unprofessionalism.
