On Feburary 20th, 2011 I bought a car from the Quality One Auto Sales in Northridge, CA. 2001 pontiac firebird VIN# 2G2FS32K212123081 I paid $1000 cash deposit, but unfortunately car needs to be smogged and repair. 2 days later I went back there to pick up the car. Yesterday evening March 8th, 20011 I discover that some of the lights and dashboard lights are dead so looks like this is electrical wire problem. I called the office and owner Julius Csukay told me that because of my constant calling, he will not repair this vehicle. I feel like I am being ripped off. On top of this car is being financed by Auto Car Financing Company. Car was bought for $5999 and my total to be paid is $11,594.24 my total down payment was $1250 cash. I checked this Quality One Auto Sales on website and I saw lot's of complaints against this company meaning (company never register these cars in DMV, people never received the plates and their registration documents, when stopped by police, some customers find out that the car was stolen, etc...) I am really scared. I think I got scammed and all I want at this point is my money back, and I don't want to deal with these kind of dishonest people.
Last Update today on March 14, 2011 I received the phone from the owner Mr. Julius Csukay and he told me that he will not repair anything on this car until I dropp my charges against his company! Isn't this should be other way around?
I had file scam and fraud report against this company with (BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL, DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN CA, DMV INVESTIGATORS (who have several complains against this company (for the record DMV told me that this used car I bought from them was smogged on October, 2010 not February 21st, 2011)
I will have a meeting with local lawyer who is specialize in Fraud Dealership!!!
BTW these scam artists have a new company name, their new name is QUALITY ONE AUTO SALES, not the Southern California Motorcar Company, Inc.
so please update this as well.

Quality One Auto Sales sold thousands of vehicles to consumers in trouble due to their credit ratings. This gentleman came into our store to purchase a vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. The vehicle he purchased was sold AS-IS to him.  He picked out the car that day then came back a day later to take delivery. The day he took delivery he took it to his mechanic to get the car checked out. Obviously his mechanic approved of the car because he kept it even though he had a 48 hour unwind option which he decided not to use. Weeks later he came back to complain because of a $2 light bulb burned out on the right front turn signal. He was rude and demanding and wouldn't wait for us to take care of other customers and made a scene. (he has done this several times now) He bought his own light bulb and we installed it for him as a courtesy. A week later he noticed that in the dash 1 light bulb also burned out. I also agreed to take a look for him as a courtesy and made an appointment for him at my mechanic to get the repair done. He was not happy with the time frame and again became rude and unreasonable. I have explained to him that he agreed to buy the car AS-IS but we are trying to still help him and he needs to be civilized when someone is trying to help him. It got to the point where none of our employees wanted to deal with him due to his abusive uncivilized attitude even my mechanic refused to talk to him. It is impossible to help someone when they are screaming at you while you are doing your best to do him a favor.   LET'S NOT FORGET THIS IS ALL ABOUT A LIGHT BULB!!

Consumer stated he thinks we have sold stolen cars would we be still in business after 24 years if we did anything illegal? Remember same address same name for 24 years. Nothing to hide.

We deal with strictly people with bad to horrible credit. Quality One Auto Sales gives thousands of people in need a second chance. We have a moto which states Quality One promises you to give you the car and customer promises to pay us for it.  When they don't stand up to their end of the agreement we get the car back. Usually this gets people angry. The car is always a good car when they dont have to pay for it but miraculously becomes a piece of junk when they are expected to pay for it or when we find them.  The few bad complaints that this gentleman is referring to all happened after the corrupt customers hide the car and not make any payments for 6 months. When we found them and repossessed the car they got angry and posted fake reviews to make us look bad.  Notice none would reveal their true names. We have been in business for over 24 years at same location and same name. Sold tens of Thousands of cars that should say something.
