This company must be sufferring from the financial downturn and have decided to scam their customers for whatever they can get. Two sets of books I did not order were delivered to my door. When I called the company they promised to send return labels. Never happened! Every CS rep I speak to has a different story. I sent the books back all in one box, but of course I owe a late fee because I waited believeing they were sending labels. They admit they got books but will only credit me for two.

I have been emailing precise problem explanation(their computer system changeover) for 6 weeks. First there was no response, now I get emails ignoring everything i said. Of course they claim I owe them money, but will not explain how! I keep asking for an explanation and get no response, just the refrain "you owe us this amount and you have to pay". I actually have overpaid on my last purchase to them to stop the constant harassing billing.

Mostly all I get when talking to someone is a big run around and nastiness. They act like I am just too stupid to understand their billing. One CS rep told me what I was looking at on their website billing history did not exist. I can not wait to settle this so I can close my account. I have wasted so much time with this nonsense. If books from QPB show up on your doorstep-send them back unopened and get proof.
