I have been a QPB customer for 18+ years!  They never answer emails and telephone calls are always 30+ minutes on hold!  So I hang up every time.   However, they do not hesitate to send out bills! When I return a book and it takes at least 45 days to get a credit.   I am considering cancelling my subscription.
