Quality Plus cleaners bad service palm harbor Florida
Quality plus cleaners. I had an entire order lost with five shirts and after 5 calls to their service line over a week somebody finally called back. It took them 4 weeks to "reaserch" the issue only to agree that they did indeed lose the clothes. They then asked for 30 days to try and find them before paying for them. They never once actually andswered the customer service line. Since they paid for the lost shirts I decide to give them one more try. I took in seven shirts and they gave me back only 6. They handed me a bill for 11 and expected me to pay $28. The receipt that I had showed seven shirts but I only got six. After two weeks of calling the service line again somebody finally called me back.Again they wanted to research it. After waiting two weeks to get a return phone call Tawanda nformed me that the reciet was wrong and that the employee miscounted and there were only six shirts and they were not going to do anything to correct it.
Overall horiible service and bad business. I would never go there again.
