Quality Plus Cleaners Lost An Expensive Comforter Set and Refuses to Reimsurst after 7 months Ripoff Tampa Florida

Upon using Quality Plus cleaners, i had trusted them to dry clean a very expensive Liz Claiborne comforter and sham set that i had purchased from BED,BATH & BEYOND. When i arrived to pick up my things, all but the comforter and shams were delivered!

Cindy, a manager, contacted me to say that she was looking for it at other stores and would contact me in a week. Here is when I began the countless phine calls every week to find out what was going on. For the last 8 months.... it has been a waste of time to continue calling. Except for the fact that I want my $500 back!!!!

BUYER BEWARE...... QUALITY PLUS does not respect its customers. DONOT PATRONIZE this business.

Hass, the owner talks in cirlcles and has no intention of making good on my loss. I will never take my business to any of the Quality Plus locations again... and i'm making it known to everyone that i come in contact with.

It is unfortunate that this business is willing to take from its customers and not give any back! I have become a very unhappy customer and Quality Plus Cleaners could care less. They have no customer service skills and are unwilling to return phone calls.
