They advertise in by 10, out by 6. I dropped off my order the afternoon before. I was told I could not have it until AFTER 7 the next day. To add insult to insult, the fees included a 'Fuel Surcharge' of 2.5% on my order. This is for a 7 mile round trip to their plant from the store I did business with. Multiply 2.5% by the number of customers they have daily and anyone can see they just passed on the entire fuel bill for the fleet to the customers. Without notification!
