Complaint Review: Quality Plus Drycleaning & Laundry

I took my two wool sport coats to these people when they had a location on US19 & Curlew Rd. To shorten this story I will say that I won a small claims court decision against this company for $200 because they washed two wool jackets instead of dry cleaning them. I was forced to file a lien and then unfortunately had to move out of state. I read another complaint about them from a girl who had gotten her pants lost and another customers which she returned. She also received no satisfaction, My claim is a dead issue, however I want past and potential customers to know that these people are the lowest of the low (not the kids who work there), their help are just minimum wage clueless schleps who know nothing about the dry cleaning business. My jackets cost $300 each several years ago, but if you value your clothing DO NOT entrust even a linen handkerchief to these bozos and don't ever expect a call from management as it doesn't happen. This company is NOT American owned and they are the worst customer oriented service company I have ever encountered. BEWARE! Palm Harbor
