I hire Mr. Bradford in Sept 2003 to build a Gunite pool for 31,500 dollars. I was to make payments in five parts. I gave him 3000 dollars at the start then 6000 to dig hole and shoot gunite. Then 13500 dollars for equipment and stone work. That was the last time I saw him. He avoids my calls and e-mails. This bum needs to be back in jail.
