Quality Reefer Repair Scammed $1574.03 and didn't even correct issue Prospect Heights Illinois
My driver had reefer issues at Americold in Belvidere, IL. Called Quality Reefer Repair Mobile Unit out to assist. Stated they needed a part that was at a shop 50 miles away. Okay'd them to go on parts run as had to have reefer fixed to get loaded. Came back, "installed part", then charged over $1500.00. Issued comcheck express code as it was working, then they left and reefer shutdown 10 minutes later with same issue. Would not answer any calls from me or my driver and didn't return voicemails. Google reviews are boosted by workers/family/friends and should only pay attention to the 1 stars. Russian techs who barely speak english. Scam artists!
