Quality Resources started the ripoff Clearwater Florida
This is the telemarketing company that first called me to trial a "shopping programme" and offered me the $40 gas card which never existed.
After talking to these scamsters I then got my credit card debited for not one but 2 shopping programmes. Plus a health insurance programme.
The heatlh insurance company refunded my money, the value plus shopping programme said they cancelled my trial and never took money out of my account. And the 2nd shopping programme A9 shopping essentials are taking money out of my account but have never sent me details of my "membership" so I don't know how I got involved with them.
I have since closed my account.
