This entire company is a scam. The EXTREME delay in product delivery is accompanied by excuses and invalid tracking numbers. At the end of it all, the final product looks like it was made in China. To say Angelique McClure and her "customer service" department are incompetent and unprofessional would be the understatement of the year. Toddlers take responsibility for error better than Angelique and her staff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH QUALITY ROMAN SHADES-there is nothing "quality" about it.
