PROMISED ME A PART IN 21 DAYS. IT CAME 40 DAYS LATER (I PAID $750 FOR THE TRANSMISSION). THEY SENT ME THE WRONG TRANSMISSION SO I HAD TO BUY A AXLE JUST TO FIT IT IN MY CAR.. THE LABOR COST TO INSTALL THE AXLE AND TRANNY WAS ALMOST $800. NOT EVEN 8 DAYS LATER THE TRANNY LITERALLY EXPLODED AND LEFT ME AND MY 4 YEAR OLD CHILD ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD STRANDED. IT COST ME $16O TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED HOME. THE MANAGER AT QUALITY USED TRANSMISSIONS SAID IF I GET HIM PICTURES AND ESTIMATED HE PROMISES TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THAT COSTED ME $95.. I SENT HIM THE PHOTOS AND EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS NO ESTIMATES BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION IS UNFIXABLE. IVE NOW SPENT $3000 ON RENTAL CARS BECAUSE I'VE BEEN OUT OF A VEHICLE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. NOW THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND MAKING EXCUSES SAYING I ORDERED THE WRONG PART. NO, THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PART, I HAVE A EMAIL WITH A CONFIRMATION PROVING WHAT I ORDERED. I HAVE SPOKE TO A LAWYER AND HE SAID I HAVE A GREAT CASE.. THE COMPANY NEEDS TO PAY FOR THIS PROBLEM..
