I was searching for a loan online. I had found qualityplaus lending. I was accepted and the only thing I needed to do because of my credit hystory was make my first 6 months of payments. So I did and the money was to be deposited into my acct the next morning.

When the nexyt morning came I got A phone call saying that the bank wanted another 6 months of payments before they would release my loan. I told them that I was no longer interested in what they had to offer and for them send my payments that I have already made back to me.
They told me OK but It would take 14days to process and that I would get a certifyed check in the mail.

I have yet to recieve my money back and its now one month later. The phone number I had for them no longer works and I can't access there website!!!

Katrina, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! Just common sense here!

Katrina,

Nowadays, you REALLY need to just STOP, and use common sense.

If your credit is that bad that you have to search online for a loan, nobody will give you a loan anyway!

By the way, what bank was listed on the truth in lending statement for that "loan".

You did sign a loan contract BEFORE sending your money, didn't you?
What bank did you send the signed contract back to?

FYI...Advance fee loans are in violation of federal banking laws in the entire United States.

What this means is...There never was any loan.
It was a scam from the beginning.

What was the exact website you went to?
What was the phone number that you actually spoke to someone at?

Please post this information here.
You will need to file criminal complaints with your local police, the FBI, and the FTC.

You have been scammed by one of the oldest scams in the book.

I'm afraid you were scammed. It is ILLEGAL in the U.S. to require prepayments of any kind as a condition of extending consumer credit.

You might try filing complaints with the Massechusetts AG, FTC and the local police (fraud complaint) where their office is supposed to be located.

Chances are they have already moved on to scam others.
