Complaint Review: QualityRxonline.com - RXmart.com - Tigerdirect.com

The name of the online pharmacy was/is rxmart.com. The original phone number is not in order. I located another website for them on 09*02-2004. I spoke to a man who told me that all the computers were down because of the recent hurricane. I told him that I received e-mails that my order was shipped a month ago.

There was no hurricane in July. He told me that he could not help me and to call back in 24 to 48 hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that the supervisor was not available. I called back hoping to get a different person. But, again the same person answered the phone.

I called the new phone number on 09-03-2004 and there was a recorded message that the number for TIGER DIRECT was not in working order and it gave a new number. When I called the new number it gave the web address. The website sells computer supplies. I do not understand how people are starting new businesses in 24 hours.

Anyway I was ripped-off for over 500.00 dollars. The order was never delivered. DO NOT use QualityRXonline or rxmart. They take your money and you never hear from them again!
