Complaint Review: Qualtier Construction & Design Inc.

Simply put, Frank has committed fraud. After contracting for a built-in furniture piece two months ago, it sits in our living room unfinished and a hazard to our two young children. Please do not fall into the same trap that we did! Frank required us to wire money to his personal bank account to start the project and while the construction of the piece took far longer than we were promised it showed up looking beautiful. The only problem is they didn't show up with the right tools or manpower, so they'd be back tomorrow. But he cancelled and rescheduled for another date. And then he cancelled again. When we finally got someone here he didn't have the tools he needed to finish the job and we've gone weeks now with no word for Frank.
