Complaint Review: Quantex microsystems

I've owned a Quantex computer for less than a year and just recently the hard drive started making clunking sounds, it freezes up all of the time I cannot run scandisk without it freezing up and I've been trying for weeks now to contact Quantex. I have 5 seperate numbers all of which seem to be constantly busy. If you have any useful information or advice that would be productive please contact me.
