Complaint Review: Quantrell Auto Group

We were sold a faulty car needing thousands of dollars in repair 3 days after we purchased the vehicle.  Quantrell claims no liability or responsibility in the matter.  We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on 11/18/17.  On 11/21/17, the clutch went out on it.  The repairs will be a minimum of $2000 to repair the vehicle.  

Quantrell takes the position "It is not our responsibility."  It was an as is vehicle, and they have no sense of obligation or remorse for selling a shoddy vehicle in the first place.  They are able to sell faulty cars to unsuspecting customers, and they feel no sense of responsibility whatsoever for making this right and helping their customers when it's discovered they are selling faulty cars.  I have seen numerous complaints like mine about this dealership since I started posting my story.  Do Not Trust Them.  Take your business elsewhere.

In one phone call, they offer a 5 day money-back guarantee...no questions asked.  Also, if anything fails on the vehicle within the first 30 days, you simply return it to them and they will repair it.  This is why the future of the car sales industry is going away from the Dealerships.  This Dealership's customer service, care and morals are less than ethical.  Stay Away.  They are not reputable and will not stand behind what they sell you.
