Quantrell Subaru Charged me for repairs that they never did! Lexington KY
Brought my car in for scheduled Brakes/rotors/brake fluid flush, etc. in 10/2022. Was charged $962.98. On 1/12/23 went back for rear brakes and paid $388.09.
On 3/10/23, brought my car into a facility where I learned that front brakes/rotors/ and more were never repleaced. I was able to first hand view all the rust and corrosion and see how the brakes were worn down to nothing. The brake fluid was also not flushed, and in dire need of being replaced and flushed. The rear brakes had been replaced with used brake pads by the dealership, not brand new ones that I had paid for.
Every time I go to this dealership to get one thing repaired, I leave with something broken or damaged. I feel like they are purposely creating repair issues, or they are just clumsy in the repair area. Who knows any more. I've been overcharged too, and had to request a refund. Watch for that!
When I tried to speak to the owner Tony, he declared that he was "offended" that I would call his people a liar by suggesting they charged me for work never performed, and started to try to intimidate me into backing down. Don't deal with these con artists and thugs if you value your property and time.
