Quantum North America - Slim Down Express . It didn't work
3/15/00 - My husband ordered Slim Down Express. It didn't work. I called to return. The man on the phone was very persistent, said give it more time to work. We did, still didn't work. 6/12/00 - I called, got the information to mail back. I have my signed return reciept requested form. We never got credited to our credit card. I called, and called and called. Either no answer and then number disconnected. 2/16/01 - I sent another letter, certified return receipt requested. I have my signed receipt but still to this day 2 years later I still have not received my money back! 8/14/01
