My experience with the company was awful.  I feel obligated to inform others so that they can potentially avoid the same kind of experience.

The installation crew was awful, late, unprepared and did an absolutley awful job.  Things were not level, seams were not caulked, joints were uneven, drawers would no longer close and scuff marks were not repaired.  

I immediately began calling this company but could not get a return phone call fron anyone other than the sales rep (who I found rude).  The rep could only "pass along my feedback to the office".  This went on for months, until the company hired a new sales manager.  I finally would get a return call, but this individual still took weeks to get someone out to fix the countertops, and could never address my request for compensation.
